Porsuk Boutique Hotel is at the beginning of structures that were built during the Republican period. It was completed in 1927 and registered as "Monumental Building" in 1988. In the early years of the construction, the hotel served for many years as a Municipal Building.
The 90-year-old historical building was renovated by Oturanel Construction, a well-established company in Eskişehir, to be restored in 2013. The restoration project received the "Historical Towns Union Project" award by the Historical Towns Union in 2014 and the "Historic Township Association Success Award" in 2016.
